השתקפות 22/3/2020 כל דבר שקורה לנו בחוץ זהו השתקפות של מה שיש לנו בפנים. כל אדם מבטא את מה שהוא מרגיש. וכאשר יש לנו אינטראקציה עם אנשים סביבנו אנחנו מתייחסים אליהם בהתאם למה שאנחנו מרגישים. כלומר אם יש בתוכי כעס ואדם פונה אלי בכעס זה אומר שהוא מרגיש את הכעס שבתוכי. כשיהיה בתוכי חמלה אנשים מסביבי יפנו אלי בחמלה או אהבה. אנחנו כל הזמן משדרים ומקבלים אינטראקציה עם הסביבה שלנו. כל דבר שאנחנו חווים בחוץ זה שיקוף של מה שיש לנו בפנים. אם אנחנו רוצים לרפא את היחסים בין אנשים אנחנו צריכים קודם כל לרפא את הרגשות שלנו ואז אנחנו יכולים גם לרפא את הסביבה. אנחנו לא יכולים לבקש מאחרים לעשות שינוי אם אנחנו לא עושים שינו. אנחנו נוטים להאשים אחרים במה שקורה לנו. אם זוג מתגרש תמיד אחד מאשים את השני. אבל תמיד יש שניים לטנגו. אם משהו קורה בין שני אנשים לא אדם אחד הוא אשם אלא שני הצדדים. אחד מזין את השני. מה שיש לי בפנים אני מוציאה החוצה ואז האדם שמולי משקף אותי ולכן הוא פונה אלי באותה צורה. אם הוא פונה אלי בכעס אני אחפש את הכעס שבפנים. אם הוא פונה אלי בהתלהמות אחפש אותה בתוכי. כשאדם כועס עלי זה אומר שיש כעס בתוכי וזה מושך את האדם השני לכעוס עלי. הוא רק משקף ומגיב אלי. ואז אני מגיבה אליו בחזרה ואז נוצר הפינג פונג הזה של רגשות של כעס פחד וחרדה וטראומה.

היום אנחנו ביום שישי בערב שבת שלום נדבר על הישרדות. כשאנחנו מדברים על הישרדות אנחנו מתבוננים על העבר וי שלנו שתי אפשרות כבני אדם. לקחנו את זה מאבות אבותינו שהיו ציידים. כשהגיע אליהם בעל חיים גדול ואיים עליהם הייתה להם שתי אפשרויות או להישאר ולהילחם או לברוח. יש לנו את זה בדי.אן.אי. בעידן הקורונה אין לאן לברוח לכן עלינו להישאר להילחם ולהתמודד עם המצב שנוצר. המצב הזה לא היה באלף השנים האחרונות שכל כדור הארץ עומד על הרגליים בגלל נגיף אחד קטן. אנחנו נמצאים בהישרדות עכשיו. הישרדות פנימית. אנחנו רוצים לקחת את הנושא של ההישרדות ולעבוד עליו. ממה נובעת תחושה זו של הישרדות, א. מחרדה – הגוף מצטמק ואנחנו עומדים במקום, קופאים במקום באותן שניות ולא מסוגלים לנוע. זהו המצב של החרדה הדופק ולחץ הדם עולה. החרדה נובעת ממחשבות. אנחנו יותר מידי שומעים חדשות וקוראים הודעות וכל הזמן מציפים אותנו בווצאם אינטרנט ובטלפון. כל הזמן מחדשים לנו את החדשות. אין לנו זמן אפילו לחשוב. וזה מציף ואז אנחנו נכנסים לחרדה וזה לא טבעי. נעשה מדיטציה כדי להרגיע את החרדה. כשמשהו בתוכנו נכנס לחרדה, זה הילד הקטן או הפנימי או הילדה הקטנה. הם צריכים מישהו מבוגר שיגיד להם הכל בסדר אין לכם מה לדאוג. כאזרחים יש לנו ראש ממשלה שאנחנו נושאים אליו עיניים ומחכים שיציל אונו. יש לנו אבא יותר גדול למעלה בשמים. מבחינת פחד וחרדה כשהילד או הילדה הקטנה הם אלו שפוחדים ונכנסים לחרדה.
