Earth is an integral part of a group of planets and they are connected to each other by an energetic connection. All the stars and planets in the environment are connected by an invisible energy connection. Everything that one planet goes through affects the other. When an energetic change in one planet affects everyone else during this time you are in a very powerful frequency. Your sun is going through turmoil, the energy the sun is expending is getting stronger. There are explosions that look and sound and feel like an atomic explosion every second on the sun and affect all the planets around the sun.
