The Sanhedrin is a council of twelve light entities. These light entities sit halfway through the hall with significant interdimensional cases brought before them. In fact, the Nine Council addresses the problems of entities that come to earth, the conservation and protection of the earth, and the karma processes that beings that come to earth go through.
